Theres no Shes a Beauty or Talk to You Later on the Tubes volume of 20th Century
Masters: The Millennium Collection, because those songs were recorded in the
early 80s, while the group was on Capitol. This disc concentrates entirely on
70s material for A&M, when the group was at their strangest and artiest. True
fans of this era will want to savor the full-length albums, of course, but for
those that know the group only through album rock radio and want White Punks on
Dope, Prime Time, and Dont Touch Me There in their collection, yet only want one
disc, this is a good place to turn. Not for fans of the groups smoother
material, of course, since this is just too weird, but its still a good,
surprisingly thorough sampler of the Tubes A&M years.
