Elsewhere the brilliantly titled Wobbleboard shows off Freds darker side and penchant for contrasts as the greasy, grubby funk groove is broken up by golden chords from another planet, Shadow goes full-on ghostly sci-fi soul (complete with a light sprinkling of rave magic) and Light In The Distance ends with some classic Fred V hope. Youll be hard pushed to find a tune better fitting to Hospital or the current times we live in. Positivity like this is what we need right now.
