box. It includes hits such as Where Have All the Flowers Gone and If I Had a
Hammer (The Hammer Song) but also the much sought-after rarities by Pete Seeger
and the Almanac Singers and his group The Weavers. The left-wing song and ballad
writer Pete Seeger was a key member of the New York protest folk scene of the
1960s, which supported causes such as international disarmament, civil rights
and environmental issues.
