       Music For Dreams presents Copenhagen 2022 Vol. 2 compiled by Kenneth
Bager.
Just like Vol 1. earlier this year, it’s a compilation filled to the rim
with catchy blessings, making sure that you can withhold from the winter to
coming.
Noticeable amongst this compilation’s 19 blessings is the opener
‘Aviator’ by the inventive, percussionbased ensemble Sun Creatures
consisting of the two musicians Arto Eriksen and Fridolin Nordsø. A sexy
jazzy
single that could have come out of a stripped-down Love Unlimited Orchestra
tune. Another addition is British-Chinese DJ and producer Ken Fan that delivers
a slice of surging euphoria with ‘Desire’. It’s an operatic
journey of blissful pads and majestic piano rises, sustained by dynamic drum
work. Furthermore, it’s the first single from Ken Fan’s
forthcoming project with MFD.
Label-boss Kenneth Bager, the Turkish islandman and Jez Phunk has gotten
together and created the wonder ‘Lost’, an exclusive for this
compilation. ‘Lost’ is a rather up-tempo chill-out tune with a
catchy bassline,
chords, shouting tales and a violin solo. DJ Disse’s iconic track
‘Taxi to War’ has been remixed by newcomers Subnesia so “la
la lay” yourself through your
day.
CHAIRNOGOODFORBACK is featured with their single ‘High Mountains Wild
Rivers’. The duo says that they wanted to reflect the stream of
consciousness and the idea of being able to comprehend and overcome situations
in life through common sense.
Finishing off Copenhagen 2022 Vol. 2 is Venezuelan Vinicio Adames who’s
won several awards for his soundtracks on Venezuelan movies. This time
he’s featured with a church like ‘Ocre’.
