A decent set of urban contemporary tracks by a prolific composer, producer, and performer. Gary Taylor had written material for Marlena Shaw, Michael Wycoff, the Whispers, Vesta Williams, and many others, as well as doing his own A&M and Virgin albums. This release generated more noise in England than in America. He had several moderate English hits, among them "Time After Time" and "I Live 4 U." Like Taylor's other albums, there were too many styles displayed with little regard for pacing, thematic unity, or the audience.
