If you’ve been to the movies in the past 10 years, you’ve heard
Lisbeth Scott’s amazing voice. She’s sung on The Passion of the
Christ and numerous of the movies directed by Steven Spielberg and/or scored by
John Williams. This AIX release brings Lisbeth and her frequent collaborator
Paul Schwartz (a prominent composer and recording artist in his own right)
together for a full program of her own music. These intimate, personal songs are
delivered with an emotional intensity that makes them personal statements and
highly artistic musical expressions. Captured in high definition, surround sound

Lisbeth’s contributions to film soundtracks is extensive. She has been
featured on the soundtracks for the films The Chronicles of Narnia: The Lion,
the Witch, and the Wardrobe, The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian and
Munich. For the first film, she co-wrote and performed the song
“Where”. She also co-wrote and performed “Good To Me” in
the movie Shutter. For Mel Gibson’s 2004 film The Passion of the Christ,
she contributed to John Debney’s score by writing and singing lyrics in
Aramaic, based on Psalms and other biblical material.

She collaborates with Harry Gregson-Williams, Hans Zimmer, Alan Menken and Paul
Schwartz and has been featured vocalist on 4 of Schwartz’s releases which
spent 10 weeks in Billboard’s top ten.

Paul Schwartz (born 1956) is a music producer, composer, arranger, conductor and
pianist. His music can be classified as a mixture of chill-out and
neo-classical. Basic elements are vocals, piano, violins, and electronic
samples. ++++Paul studied at the Royal College of Music in London as a classical
composer and was conductor at Broadway shows (such as The Phantom of the Opera).
He has worked with André Previn, composed and recorded with Carlos Santana
and David Foster, and written for Josh Groban.
