One Vision is the collaborative project of two electronic music artists, Thomas
Lemmer and Oine (Adrián Márquez). In the spring of 2022, they made the
decision to create a joint album, connecting through their shared affiliation
with the Sine Music label. The album showcases their impressive creativity by
spanning various electronic music genres such as downtempo, ambient, IDM, and
electronica. The highly anticipated album, published by the renowned ambient and
downtempo label Sine Music, is set to be released on February 23rd, 2024. One
Vision aimed to break all the rules of composition and establish a direct
connection between the artists’ most intimate emotions and music, free
from the influence of mainstream sound palettes. Despite living 1222 miles
apart, the two producers never met in person, creating the album entirely
remotely. It is a testament to how music transcends borders and distances,
bringing people together. Their shared vision for the album was to defy
boundaries, merge styles, and reinvent music. The result is an extraordinary
album, captivating and inspiring listeners. Even after multiple listens, new
aspects and nuances continue to be discovered. Thomas Lemmer & Oine dedicated
almost a year to the production, paying meticulous attention to detail and
ensuring high-end mastering. The album offers more than just instrumental
tracks. In fact, the two artists collaborated with talented guest musicians,
singer ROO J and guitarist Andreas Bach, on three captivating songs. Given the
futuristic nature of the album, special formats were necessary. Thus, the
decision was made to have the album mixed in Dolby Atmos, providing an immersive
experience. While the stereo version of the album is already impressive, the
Dolby Atmos format opens up limitless possibilities in a three-dimensional
space. This version of the album can be enjoyed with headphones via platforms
like Apple Music or Tidal. It is a format that transcends boundaries and
complements the album perfectly. The Dolby Atmos mixing was done by Eric
Horstmann, known for his work with Moderat, Rodriguez JR, and Robin Schulz. The
album consists of 15 tracks, including three bonus tracks, encompassing a
diverse range of electronic music styles. From ambient to dub, deep house to
pop, neo-classical to cinematic sounds, everything is represented. Yet, the
signature styles of both artists remain consistent throughout the album,
providing a cohesive experience. Thomas Lemmer and Oine invite you to enjoy this
album. If you appreciate artists like Bonobo, Two Lanes, Jon Hopkins, Christian
Löffler, Rival Consoles, Kiasmos, Olafur Arnalds, or Trentemøller, you
will surely find this album to be a delightful addition to your collection. One
Vision — a truly exceptional album in its own class.
