Amparo Sánchez will present her new album, RITUAL SONORO, on November
1, 2024, available as a special vinyl edition and digitally. This is the fifth
solo release from the renowned singer and leader of AMPARANOIA, showcasing her
most intimate, spiritual, and personal side.
Joined by Argentine folk artist Raly Barrionuevo and Catalan singer and
instrumentalist Willy Fuego, Sánchez offers an acoustic exploration of her
music, blending guitar and vocals to reinterpret classic and original songs in
styles such as son, bolero, chacarera, Tex-Mex, and reggae.
The nine-track album was recorded at In Planet Estudio in Lucerne, Switzerland,
in April 2024, during a European tour shared by the three artists. It was later
mixed and mastered at Garate Estudios in Donosti by Kaki Arkarazo in May 2024.
