with its contribution to the "Neue Deutsche Folksmusik" compilation by House of
Inkantation. Inspired by legends like Waldteufel, Graumahd, Sturmpercht, and
Forseti, GODESVANG embodies Dark Folk in its purest form.
The music reflects a deep connection to nature and a longing for an idealized
world, featuring lyrics by poets such as Arthur von Wallpach and Julius Sturm.
Created over eight years in the home studio "Sundigard," the songs weave
melancholic melodies with profound poetry, crafting a soundscape that evokes
memories of forgotten times.
GODESVANG represents the rebirth of a musical tradition long missed in Germany.
With unmatched authenticity and maturity, the project invites listeners to
